Community
At VisDynamics, we are acutely aware of our obligations towards our people, investors, customers, suppliers and the community at large. By way of giving back something to society, we are the proud co-organizer of Blood Donation Campaign and Recycle and Reuse Activity, and the sponsor of monetary and non-monetary to the charity organization to help the retarded children, poor family, single mothers and the old aged who are neglected by their family.
Work Place
The company also actively organizes a variety of recreational activities such as annual dinner, festive gatherings, birthday gifts and sports events to create an amiable workplace for its staffs. On an ongoing basis, we shall continue devoting some of our resources to identifying and sponsoring worthwhile causes as a way of embracing CSR.
Environment
We strive to continuously maintain a green and conducive environment with plants and trees planted to beautify the internal and external of our company building. Our Green Building, designed in an environmental friendly manner ensures efficient utilization of the energy and resources. Not forgetting the physically challenged staffs and society, there are facilities designed to assist them in navigation and use of our building.
Training & Career Opportunities
VisDynamics continuosly train our employees to enchance their skills and competencies by giving them on-job trainings as well as sending them to participate in courses and seminars.
It is also our practice to offer internships to a number of undergraduates who are required to fulfill their practical training requirements. Apart from learning technical skills, these undergraduates had the opportunity to gain insight of our corporate culture, our processes and our operations. These young peoples may well be attracted to join us upon gradutation.
