Community
At VisDynamics , we are acutely aware of our obligations towards our people, investors, customers, suppliers, and the community at large. By way of giving back to society, we are proud co-organizers of the Blood Donation Campaign and Recycle and Reuse Activity. We also sponsor monetary and non-monetary donations to charity organizations that help retarded children, poor families, single mothers, and the elderly who are neglected by their families.
Workplace
The company actively organizes a variety of recreational activities such as annual dinners, festive gatherings, birthday gifts, and sports events to create an amiable workplace for its staff. On an ongoing basis, we will continue devoting resources to identifying and sponsoring worthwhile causes as part of our CSR commitment.
Environment
We strive to maintain a green and conducive environment by planting trees and plants to beautify the internal and external areas of our company building. Our Green Building is designed in an environmentally friendly manner to ensure efficient utilization of energy and resources. We also provide facilities to assist physically challenged staff and visitors in navigating and using our building.
Training & Career Opportunities
VisDynamics continuously trains employees to enhance their skills and competencies through on-the-job training and participation in courses and seminars.We also offer internships to undergraduates who need to fulfill their practical training requirements. These interns gain technical skills and insights into our corporate culture, processes, and operations. Many of these young individuals may join us upon graduation.
