Leader of the team of talented and experienced engineers. Oversees the management team and in charge of devising corporate strategies and plans.

Set up VRSB with the rest of the promoters after resigning from ASTI.

STI Sdn. Bhd. (ASTI Holding Ltd)

Helped form STI Sdn. Bhd. and was appointed as President. Held directorship and chairmanship in various international ASTI subsidiaries. Helped ASTI with acquisition of Reel Service Ltd Group of Companies. Resigned on 31 December 2002.

TQS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (Telford)

Joined as Operations Manager and helped form TQS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (TNR contract manufacturer). Promoted to Business Director, heavily involved in semiconductor equipment development. Member of acquisition team for Texas Instruments Incorporated backend equipment division.

National Semiconductors Corporation

Started as Process Engineer in Melaka subsidiary. Exposed to manufacturing and process technologies (molding, stripping, laser marking, solder plating, trim and form, electrical tests, reliability tests). Involved in yield improvement, cost savings, upgrades, productivity enhancement, equipment qualification, product transfer, and new product development with corporate R&D team. Last position was Equipment Manager.
